Made-To-Order Stir Fry with your choice of Chicken, Beef, Seafood or Vegetables cooked in large woks with our own Oriental Sauce served with White Rice, Fried Rice, Miniature Egg Rolls, Soy Sauce, Duck Sauce, Chinese Mustard and
Fortune Cookies

Viva Italia
Our Chef will cook to your guests’ specifications:  Penne Pasta or Cheese Tortellini with a choice of Alfredo, Marinara or a Vodka Cream Sauce tossed with a touch of Fresh Herbs, Garlic, Sliced Mushrooms, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes and Parmesan Cheese.  Served with Italian Bread.

By The Sea
Jumbo Shrimp, Oysters on the Half Shell (when available), Crab Claws served with Spicy Cocktail Sauce, Poached Salmon with Cucumber-Dill Sauce and Miniature Crab Cakes served with Remoulade Sauce
